Wonyee Tom was born and raised in New York, where she began her career. She has worked at some of New York's most prestigious eateries, including Gotham Bar and Grill, Aquavit, Restaurant Sofi, and The Pierre Hotel.
Bringing her unique talent to the West Coast, Wonyee was recently the pastry chef at the Water Grill, where her specialty is putting a new spin on traditional desserts - making them all her own.
