"As the bride, I wanted everything at my wedding. Tomgirl Baking Company delivered more than everything! I had a three tiered cake - the 1st layer was a chocolate mousse, the second layer was carrot and the third layer was lemon marscapone.
Every flavor was rich yet balanced. At the wedding I saw people having a slice of each layer. Those who normally steer clear of chocolate couldn't help but taste the chocolate mousse...and then go back for a slice of their own.
...Wonyee did more than her part to safely deliver and set-up our cake. From the beginning, I never worried about the cake! I knew it would be beautiful. I knew it would be the best cake I had ever tasted and above all I knew the cake would bring more than enough love, so that every guest would be able to have a slice."
